Rauschert at ITM 2026 in Istanbul

Rauschert has long been firmly established in the Turkish textile industry with local partners, direct customer relationships, and solutions tailored to the specific needs of export-oriented markets. At ITM 2026 in Istanbul, we will be presenting ceramic technologies that stabilize production processes, reduce operating costs, and support quality and sustainability goals. In export-oriented markets like Turkey, efficiency and resource conservation are increasingly becoming the deciding factors in competitiveness.

Turkey as a Strategic Market
Turkey has been one of our most important markets in textile technology for many years. We work closely with production facilities,- and local partners, and have a first-hand understanding of the production conditions, material requirements, and specific challenges on the ground. This direct exchange with end users is an essential part of our development work: what we learn in practice flows directly into our technical solutions.
ITM 2026 (the International Textile Machinery Exhibition) is a major meeting point for textile machinery manufacturers, producers, and technology partners from around the world. For us, it is also an important platform to strengthen existing relationships in Turkey and to expand dialogue with customers from neighboring markets.
"Textile manufacturers today are looking for solutions that improve efficiency, process reliability, and sustainability at the same time," says Manuel Gebhardt, Head of Sales for Textile Technology. "Particularly in competitive markets like Turkey, long-lasting components and stable processes are becoming increasingly important."

Ceramic Solutions for Textile Processes
Our focus is on ceramic components and membrane technologies that make production processes more stable, more efficient, and more resource-friendly. These include, among others, Rapaltex® friction discs, thread guides and inopor® ceramic membranes for the treatment and reuse of process water.
These solutions help textile manufacturers reduce maintenance requirements, maintain consistent yarn quality, and lower consumption of water, energy, and chemicals. With Rapaltex® Friction Technology, it is also possible to achieve significantly higher speeds in DTY processes under certain conditions. it is an increasingly important competitive advantage in export-oriented markets.

Sustainability as a Market Requirement
Building a greener textile industry is not just an environmental issue in Turkey. Sustainability is becoming an increasingly important criterion for market access and a key component of long-term competitiveness.
Since early 2024, Rauschert has been supporting Turkish customers with local testing capabilities for ceramic membranes. Process water and chemicals can now be tested directly in Turkey, making it easier to assess the technical and economic viability of potential applications and providing a solid foundation for pilot projects. This facilitates both the technical and economic evaluation of potential applications and provides a reliable basis for implementation within your company. From the initial trials to the design of the final technical system, we are at your side throughout the entire process.
