We're Looking for a New Team Member for Our UK Team

The Rauschert-Tec Group is expanding its activities in English-speaking markets, with a strong focus on our Filtration Solutions and Engineering Ceramics. To support this growth, we are looking for a Junior Business Development Engineer to strengthen our presence in the Anglo-American market.

In this remote-based role, the successful candidate will work closely with customers and technical experts to identify new business opportunities, develop tailored solutions, and expand our market presence in English-speaking markets. Responsibilities include managing industrial customer relationships, providing technical guidance on ceramic solutions, supporting negotiations, and analysing market trends and competitor activities. The role also involves representing Rauschert-Tec at trade fairs, conferences, and customer meetings.
